Prime Meal is the private chef at home service from BodyFitWithMe. A chef cooks in your home to a nutrition plan drawn up for you, and prepares meals for the days ahead.

Does the chef really cook in my home?

Yes. He cooks in your kitchen, with your utensils. We do not deliver ready meals.

How long does a session take?

Allow three to four hours to prepare several days of meals, tidying and cleaning included.

Do I need to be there during the session?

Not necessarily. Access arrangements are agreed at the start. For a player under 18, an adult must be reachable.

Yes, wherever possible. A dedicated chef gets to know your kitchen and your habits.
