Cook. Adjust.

Our method

Measure. Calibrate.
Cook. Adjust.

Prime Meal rests on a simple idea: a nutrition plan is useless until it is eaten. Our method links both ends of the chain, from the first measurement to the meal cooked by your private chef at home.

Four stages

01

Consultation

A first conversation, free and with no obligation. We get to know the athlete's rhythm, goals and constraints, and tell you honestly whether Prime Meal is the right answer.

02

Assessment and nutrition plan

Measurements, habits, fixture list: BodyFitWithMe draws up a plan calibrated for each type of day, with intake, timing and the shopping list.

03

Private chef sessions at home

The chef carries out the plan in your home, at the frequency set by your package. Meals for the following days are ready, weighed and labelled.

04

Adjustments

Every week, the plan evolves with matches, workload, injuries and your feedback. The menus follow.

What a BodyFitWithMe plan contains.

The plan

A plan is not a list of forbidden foods. It is a precise framework, built from the athlete's data and translated into real meals.

  • Intake by type of day: training, pre-match, match day, recovery
  • The balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats
  • Meal timing around sessions and matches
  • Hydration and snacks
  • The week's menus and the shopping list
What the chef guarantees.

The chef

Our chef comes from catering, a trade where you work to the gram and to the minute. He follows the plan without reinterpreting it, and without ever sacrificing flavour.

He is the same chef at every session. He knows your kitchen, your preferences and what the athlete refuses to eat.

What we track

01

Body composition

Measured regularly to check that the plan is having the intended effect.

02

Energy and recovery

How the athlete feels, week after week, on and off the pitch.

03

Consistency

The number of meals actually eaten to plan. This is where Prime Meal makes the difference.

Fifteen minutes to understand your situation and see whether our method fits.
