Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Prime Meal and its clients. They are written to be clear: everyone knows what they are committing to, and on what terms.

Article 1. Service provider

Prime Meal services are provided by Jérôme Devos, trading as BodyFitWithMe, company number BE 1023.085.724, rue Joseph Verhasselt 34, 1083 Ganshoren, Belgium (hereinafter “Prime Meal”). Contact: contact@primemeal.be.

Article 2. Scope

These terms apply to every service agreed with Prime Meal, whether taken out by the athlete personally, by their legal representative if they are a minor, or by a third party acting on their behalf (agent, club, family member).

They prevail over any other terms, unless a written exception is accepted by Prime Meal in the quotation.

Article 3. Description of services

Prime Meal offers a programme that combines:

  • the preparation of an individual nutrition plan by a sports nutrition consultant, based on the information provided by the client;
  • cooking sessions at the client's home by a chef, during which the meals for the following days are prepared;
  • regular monitoring and adjustment of the plan and menus, depending on the package chosen;
  • one-off services on quotation: training camps, summer preparation, pre-season retreats, return from injury.

The exact content of each package (Essential, Performance, Elite), the number of sessions, their indicative duration and the number of servings are specified in the quotation.

Article 4. Consultation and quotation

Every collaboration begins with a free, no-obligation consultation, intended to understand the athlete's situation and to confirm that Prime Meal meets their needs.

Following the consultation, Prime Meal sends a written quotation. Unless otherwise stated, the quotation is valid for thirty days.

Article 5. Subscription and formation of the contract

The contract is formed when the client accepts the quotation in writing (by email or signature) and the first payment has been received.

Acceptance of the quotation entails acceptance of these terms and conditions. Prime Meal reserves the right to decline a request, in particular if it has reached capacity or if the location falls outside its service area.

Article 6. Prices

Prices are stated in the quotation, in euros, together with the applicable VAT regime.

Prices may be revised for future months, subject to written notice at least thirty days in advance. A client who does not accept the revision may terminate their package free of charge before it takes effect.

Article 7. Payment terms

Packages are payable monthly in advance, by bank transfer, no later than the first day of the month of service. One-off services are payable as set out in the quotation.

In the event of late payment, Prime Meal will send a reminder. If payment is not made within fourteen days of that reminder, Prime Meal may suspend sessions until the account is settled, and claim the interest and compensation provided for by the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

Article 8. Nature of the monthly payment

The monthly payment covers a complete programme: the nutrition plan, its follow-up, and the reservation of fixed time slots with the chef for the client.

As these slots are reserved and declined to other clients, a session not used for reasons attributable to the client is neither refunded nor carried over to the following month, unless Prime Meal agrees otherwise in writing or the session is rescheduled under the conditions of Article 12.

Article 9. Groceries and expenses

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, ingredients are not included in the price of the package. They are bought by the chef from the shopping list derived from the plan and recharged at cost, on presentation of receipts.

Prime Meal may request an advance for groceries. Travel costs may apply outside Brussels and the surrounding area; where this is the case, they are stated in the quotation.

Article 10. Term and commitment

Unless a commitment is set out in the quotation, each package is agreed for one month and renews automatically from month to month.

Where a minimum commitment applies (for example three months, in return for a preferential rate), it is clearly stated in the quotation. The client may terminate in writing at any time, with effect from the end of the current month, provided notice is given no later than fifteen days before that date. Termination during a commitment period remains possible; the monthly payments outstanding until the end of the commitment then become due, except in the case of serious cause.

Article 11. Right of withdrawal

A client acting as a consumer has fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason, by sending a written statement to contact@primemeal.be.

If the client expressly requests that the services begin before the end of this period, they remain liable for the amount corresponding to the services already provided at the time of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost once the services have been fully performed. Any amounts due for refund are repaid within fourteen days of withdrawal.

Article 12. Rescheduling and cancellation of sessions

The client may reschedule a session free of charge up to forty-eight hours before the scheduled time. After that, the session is payable.

If the chef is unable to attend (illness, force majeure), Prime Meal will inform the client as soon as possible and offer, at the client's choice, a rescheduled session, a replacement chef of the same standard, or a credit on the following month.

Article 13. Client obligations

To ensure the services are carried out safely, the client undertakes to:

  • disclose fully and keep up to date any allergy, intolerance, medical condition or dietary requirement, together with any change during the collaboration;
  • provide access, at the agreed times, to a clean and equipped kitchen (hob, oven, refrigerator, basic utensils);
  • ensure access to the home (presence of an adult or agreed access arrangements);
  • follow the storage and consumption instructions provided with the meals.

Prime Meal cannot be held liable for the consequences of information that was not disclosed or was inaccurate, nor for failure to follow the storage instructions.

Article 14. Prime Meal's commitments

Prime Meal undertakes to perform the services with care and professionalism:

  • adherence to the nutrition plan and the planned quantities;
  • compliance with food hygiene and safety rules;
  • punctuality, and leaving the kitchen as it was found;
  • a dedicated chef wherever possible, and a single point of contact for follow-up.

Article 15. Storage of meals

Meals are prepared to be eaten within the period indicated by the chef, generally three to four days in the refrigerator. Any dish kept beyond that period or in unsuitable conditions is the client's responsibility.

Article 16. Liability

Nutritional support aims to enhance performance and recovery. It is an obligation of means: Prime Meal does not guarantee any sporting, physical or body composition result.

The advice given does not replace medical advice. In the event of a health problem, the client should consult a healthcare professional. Except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, Prime Meal's liability is limited to the amount paid for the month in which the damage occurred.

Article 17. Confidentiality and image rights

Prime Meal undertakes to keep confidential all information relating to the client, those close to them and their home.

No photograph, video, public mention or testimonial is used without the prior written consent of the client, or of their legal representative if they are a minor. This consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Article 18. Force majeure

Neither party can be held liable for a failure caused by an event of force majeure. The services concerned are then postponed or, if the event lasts more than one month, either party may terminate the contract without compensation.

Article 19. Personal data

Data provided by the client is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Article 20. Complaints and disputes

Any complaint must be sent in writing to contact@primemeal.be. Prime Meal undertakes to respond as quickly as possible.

Failing agreement, a client acting as a consumer may contact the Consumer Mediation Service (www.mediationconsommateur.be) free of charge. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
